This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Cardiovascular Surgeon to join a Structural Heart Program team supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established team of 2 Cardiovascular Surgeons and 1 APP with locum support
- Call Coverage: 24/7 coverage shared among surgeons, with a flexible schedule collaboratively determined by the team
- Practice setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Mix
- Access to Support Staff, 2 dedicated Cardiovascular OR’s, 1 Hybrid OR, 2 Davinci Robots
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Provide comprehensive patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings—evaluating, diagnosing, and treating conditions; managing admissions, consults, and referrals while participating in call coverage as needed.
- Support high-quality, cost-effective care by engaging in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to academic programs (education/research), and ensuring timely, accurate documentation including insurance requirements and appeals.
- Located in Wisconsin’s Fox Cities (Neenah, Menasha, Appleton, Oshkosh)—a vibrant, family-friendly region with low cost of living, excellent schools, growing performing arts with touring Broadway shows and dining scene, and easy access to Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, and Chicago, plus abundant outdoor recreation with nearby lakes, trails, and year-round activities

Qualifications:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Advanced Life Support preferred.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
